I am sooo glad for this update. It sounds positive and upbeat. I know through therapy, you will be able to walk again. I'm glad to hear you can go to get your mail on your own.
Several years ago I had surgery on my shoulder. I had months of therapy, more than I had expected. I'm no longer in therapy, but exercise my arm daily. I can now lift my arm above my head. That's how I know you will be walking soon. Little by little you will get stronger and stronger. Thanks for sharing your progress.

Thanks for sharing, LJ. I should be walking in around three weeks or so and then I will be free of my wheelchair! I will continue to post updates on my progress.

Keep on trucking Jesse! I had fractured both ankles at once, and it felt as if it took forever before I could walk fairly comfortably again... almost a year. I still have bone chips floating around. Time is all it takes, time and exercises... and work. Lots of work.

Recently I fell from the attic onto the cement floor. Went to ER because of a goose egg on my head and a bruised back. Everything looked ok, but I can't sleep because of my shoulders and my back. I'm 72 years old and I ain't giving in so you better not surrender. I'm adding you as a friend to know you better.
