I so agree but in the end we need to be strong enough to take our own advice and not be manipulated. I have known someone who was very manipulative and I feared upsetting him if I didn't do as he asked. It made me devious as I could not admit to not believing his word! It was easier not to confront the problem. Your poem is well written and I loved the sentiments here, be strong and make up your own mind, love Dolly x

I so agree but in the end we need to be strong enough to take our own advice and not be manipulated. Your avoidance of confrontation was very similar to my strategy in a similar situation with an EX-partner. Luckily we had the sense to eventually not listen and form our own opinion of our own worth.
