It takes an evil person to deliberately spread something like this. But you never know. There's bound to be someone out there just like this.
Good luck in the contest.

What a horrible thing to do! No excuse with all the restrictions and warnings out there. Teddy should be fined for sure. He is putting so many people at risk. And in real life, this is actually happening. Sad isn't it?
Read entry!

I marked this horror because it is. Yes, this is happening all over and the reason why the disease is so widespread. Partying has just recently been curtailed in Florida where I live. We have grown exponentially in the last week. I hope you are well. Praying for us all,
Sal xoxo

Your main character really does come across as thoughtless and nearly cruel. His entire life seems to be lived in the midst of a crowd. Well written, as always, sweet Sal! I wish you luck.

I did mark this as horror. It really is thoughtless and selfish. People aren't taking this pandemic seriously and I just felt compelled to show off my observation as to why. Sending you my best today as always,
Sal xoxo

hard to tell a story in eighty words. We have all the elements and tell a pretty bad story that is probably way too true these days. I'll probably enter this contest as well. Always a good exercise for me to economize words! Bill

Yes, this is a flash fiction contest entry at exactly 80 words. I felt it conveyed the horrible truth of why the virus spreads. Thanks so much for stopping by and for the excellent review. It is so appreciated. Sending you my best today as always,
Sally :)

Your contest entry is so true. I am amazed at the number of people who don't seem to care if they pass this virus to others. I don't understand how humans can be so....I can't even come up with the right word, grrr. Anyway, you did a great job writing this and I wish you the best of luck.

I know it's true. I saw a partyer's blog and was inspired. The group of partyers were complaining they had to shut down the bars and they were having a complete meltdown. What selfish and thoughtless people. Thus, my flash fiction entry.
Sending you my best today as always and praying for us all,

Hello Sally. This is an imaginative story but I'm wondering in this day and age if it doesn't reflect a possible risk in our society. There have been multiple reports of people threatening to spread coronavirus.
The story is a good, but scary entry for the 80 word/contest.
Good luck in the contest.

A terror for all of us, expecially the older. Well written and no problems noted. Reminds me of my granddaughter, she wants to party more than stay home

Yep. These are the thoughtless ones, not only killing themselves, but exposing so many others. I feel guilty if I have to go into the Dollar Store to get Depends for my sister. Well done ( and ALSO well done on your chapt. of Double Blind-the characters esp. THEY ARE SO REAL. You do such a fantastic job with characterization and dialogue! Thought I'd throw that in here. Hope you do not mind!)
Great job here! Hugs this early Monday morn.

Don't feel guilty as well all have to buy the necessary things to survive. Just carry sanitizer and stay far away from everyone. Use a bandana and out a drop it two of Thieves Oil, Tea Tree Oil or Eucalyptus Oil on the outer part of the bandana as a barrier. It smells aromatic and creates a barrier of anti-viral properties. Wipe the cardboard box down/bags with disinfectant before putting it into your car. There you go. Glad you liked this. Inspired by so,etjimg I read online. Sending you my best today as,

I'm afraid this story might not be far from the truth. I live in an area where the cases haven't gotten that bad yet, and on the streets and in the stores, it seems people haven't changed their lifestyles. My daughter, who is a nurse was exposed to a patient on the regular floor of hospital. very sick but the test wasn't back yet. The patient later died. Carol had no protective gear so the hospital sent her home for 14 days. When she came back she was exposed to another one on the regular floor whose test was still out. I least this time she had on a mask and gloves.
