I really enjoyed learning more about you. What an experience to have travelled round Australia by motor-bike. I am really impressed. And I enjoyed the story about the rock too.

The motorbike trip was tough going at times. I loved WA... probably even went through Donnybrook!

I should imagine you might have had some close encounters with kangaroos from time to time. Did you travel on your own?

I started the trip with my then partner and we did most of it together, but occasionally we went our separate ways and met up later. I definitely needed to be with him when we went to the tip of Cape York in Qld, crossing rivers with crocs not for the faint-hearted! Kangaroos were common, goannas too, lots of camels in central Australia... so much wildlife to see, especially as we were camping so much.

What wonderful memories you must have. We've done a bit of travelling with a caravan and hope to do some more next year. We're a bit too old now for motor-bikes! :)
