I'm guessing option 'a'. No three wives? Have a feeling you could have been tough enough, especially if you had been a marine, to conquer the wheelchair.

Fun answers, Earl. I would guess that you'd been married only once at any rate what you've mentioned of your wife, I know she's a real gem. The others sound true of you.

Robyn has always been clever in arranging these types of things over the time I've been here, although I'm a very private person by nature, so I've never entered one. But you've lived an interesting life Earl, I know you served in Germany, so you were definitely a marine, well done. Good post in response to the prompt my friend, blessings, Roy

Hmm, now which is the lie? I am going for being married three times. It's the one that you could most likely have done these days, but somehow I don't think so. The other two sound like the type of thing you would do.
I bet having to give up your driving licence hurt a bit!! LOL.
That was some long hike to kill the men who had left him for dead. I'm sure he was really, really peed off!

Well, I've got to know you a bit better now. Was I right?

No I have been married three times. Divorced twice before turning 30. The fib was I wasn't in the Marines, I served in the Army. Yeah He was P O'd. One of the guys who left him was a young Kit Carson. I appreciate you taking the time to read and review my work.

LOL, I'm not very good at working out which one was the lie. But, well done in winning! Not many got mine right either. Didn't we do well! xx

I enjoyed reading you quiz answers, Earl. From your sharing here on FS, I believe being married 3 times is the lie. I enjoy your writing. Thanks for sharing. Jan

Fantastic answers Earl, you provided some rather interesting ones, and they were all very creative, even the ones you fibbed on. In regards to question three, I think it was part 'C'. I really enjoyed your narrative note, so that means you fibbed on more than one lol, way to go.

It was actually B. I was in the Army not the Marines. If you go into my portfolio there is a story You Gotta Show Up that explains C. I appreciate you reading anreviewing my work.

Hi, Earl. I believe it was a lie tht you were in a wheelchair. If you were in then Marines 12 years, how come you never mentioned it before, my friend? zI was eight years active duty in the corps. Semper fi. Bob

No Bob I was in a wheelchair for a couple months, the doctor told me I'd never get out of it. I wasn't in the Marines, I was in the Army. This is tons of fun. I say on the two truths and a lie, question number three-- is A. Just a hunch. Since you were not easily defeated in the run in spite of your physical problems, I say military for sure. A never quit spirit is all around you. "Always faithful is what "Semper Fi" means, if I remember correctly. My stepfather was a Marine Corp Major. It was displayed prominently in our living room and den.
All my best,
Sal

I'd like to have been part of the fur trapping brigade Hugh Glass was on. Hugh killed a grizzly bear with his knife then was left for dead. He crawled several hundred miles to kill the guys who left him.

Why would you want to be killed by Hugh Glass?

I really enjoyed your candid response to these questions and think I now know you much better as a fellow writer on FanStory.
1. I have always been intrigued by the legend of Hugh Glass. But I would like to know what YOUR response would have been if you had been there? Would you have stayed with him and defied the others?
3c. I don't think you ever were in a wheel chair for any length of time.

I'm not sure what I would have done in that situation, I think I would have waited until he quit breathing.Thank you very much for your kind words Rod.This was a fun write. I do appreciate you taking the time to read and review my work.Make sure you fill one of these out.
