Strange happenings at the plant. A bit of a holding instalment here with not much movement but well written nevertheless.

Anderson stood and recovered Shana - I would hyphenate here to differentiate the meaning.

As Shana ate, Susan turned on the TV. "Do you watch any soap operas? - need closing speech marks here.

I will add that hyphen and the quotation marks. Thank you for the catches. I appreciate the help.

Hi Barb, wow. I always admire your skill with dialogue and sure wish I could keep up with you. This chapter is so detailed, it really brings us into the world of your characters. Each of them can be 'seen' by us (reading) this. If that makes sense!? Amazing work! :D

The dialogue you created really pulled me into the story. I will have to go back and get caught up on the rest of the story. Very well written. Don and vicki.

An action-packed episode that keeps your readers on the edge of their seats! I have a few chapters to catch up on, in due course! Can't do it now, as I'm out and about and battery life is down to 5%. Just wanted to check in and let you know that I haven't forgotten you! Life's a bit hectic at the moment!

I like the way you are slowly pulling these two together. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very adventurous read. There is good imagery.

This shows Drew's concern for his employees, as he's taking time to make sure the family of the man who lost his life in the rig explosion is taken care of. I'd like to see Shana getting over her family teachings and become less fragile. Love Romeo and Thor. They're very loyal, and real softies. Interesting that Shana's family didn't have a TV. That seems typical of her father. Suspenseful chapter, as we don't know what the fall-out will be from the oil rig fire. judi

You're very welcome. While I think of it, I meant to call your attention to a word you used. I think it was recovered. It seemed to me you need a hyphen, re-covered, because I thought you meant that Drew put the cover back over Shana. judi

Another great chapter once more. Still plenty of excitement. I had forgotten the enemy could have got at Drew via the oil rigs. Just 2 spags today. "If you need anything, ho[w](l)ler."
"Do you watch an[d](y) soap operas?

This is very good. I can see this happening about the rig on fire and the crews jumping. My son in law works a rig somewhere in Texas. Good one Barb. Well done.

Hi Barbara, another great chapter. Drew and Shana seems to be on an even keel yet again, but I wonder what is to happen next. Very well written. I found a couple of things:
My first priority to make sure Robert's family's= My first priority is to make sure Robert's family's
Should we wait breakfast or go ahead? = Should we wait eating/with breakfast or go ahead?
All the best. Ulla:)))

It looks like Kuznetsov and his mob may have sabotaged one the oil rigs owned by Drew and Co. And some men are not accounted for. One man is definitely a casualty and Drew makes a pledge to look after the family. Shana is still stressing about the money incident, but Drew says not to worry. Well done, Barbara, Goodvscribing, blessings, Roy
Typo : Anderson stood and (recovered) Shana. Revived?
2: "You're rotten."?
