It's nice to see Jax back and all of you loyal picture-challenge people doing your part to put smiles on all our faces. What a great picture and poem combination that show love is in the air, every where. Great job. :-)

Thanks much I have been a little inconsistent with this lately.

Dear frogbook, Cute picture, and the colors of the background and text fitted in perfectly with your poem. I'd love to get away from it all the way they escaped from the zoo - sometimes it seems to me that my life is like a zoo! Good rhyming quatrains. Dove

Have read quite a few about this picture, it's surprising how diverse they are. I love your poem, its upbeat with good rhythm and rhyme. Good alliteration and great imagery. I loved the last line, I'm a sucker for happy endings. MaggieF

I love how you made this poem about a fantasy escape. I wrote a similar one called "To The Moon" so happy to see that there are still people who write fun poems such as this.

This s a fun poem that takes our primate my the zoo to the freedom and carefree life in the Caribbean. I wonder who she went with to that tropical retreat?

LOL! I can just imagine that, the orangutan and his mate swaning off to their own private beach! LOL. Well done, JoAnn, it's a lovely take on the picture. Every one's is so different. big hugs. Sandra xx

thank you for sharing your take on the 'picture this' challenge. Wouldn't it be lovely if the poor trapped animals could escape the zoo and go on holiday? Thank you for the smiles,
~patty~
