some people don't get into poetry...I must say most of my family really don't my sister does...she has a published poem...my mother likes to read mine...but not much more than that...and you better bet...she loves knowing you write her love poems....women...go figure...LOL...xxoo

This is a lovely, simple poem, expressing love in a very nice way. Love doesn't have to be complicated; it's just there. Valentine Day gives us a chance to express it in words as this little poem does so well.

my husband and I have been married for 40 yrs and do most everything together, but I think, (only my personal opinion) that it's good to have a separate interest - I like to write and he is very clever with wood, so has a workshop - as long as we know where the other is and OK.
