I didn't see any mistakes in your writing or I would have told you so. I'm glad when people don't care if I tell them about mistakes they've made. I hope someone will do the same for me. I'm happy that you had so much fun visiting
your family who was you husbands parents and others.

Hi Teri,

I haven't had a husband for years. I tried a few of them but none of them ever worked out. Also my parents died many years ago.

I think you wrote this note to someone else.

Teri,

I think you did a very great job on writing this piece.
You and your family are very blessed and I hope you
don't run into a lot of snow or bad driving conditions.

Your in-laws are lucky to have their health and enough
money to travel abroad. Your introduction is good and
I like how you have it in present tense. You know, I've
never been to a Cracker Barrel. When we came back
from Miami there was one when we needed to stop,
but it was too busy. We stopped at a Waffle House for
a take out coffee, but the atmosphere was not good...
a diner with clanging dishes and cooks frying up food. Boo!
So, I had Willy drive further to the beach in Naples, FL.
haha...Beautiful houses everywhere! Reminded me of
America years ago...

Anyway, the following line is fun and I can relate to that:

Haha > "Makes me kind of want to stop and shop, but not going to happen right now. We want to see everyone in PA. "

I also liked how you told about the scenes you enjoy and your anticipation
in seeing your family.

You have just a few minor typos...You said you would appreciate a heads up.

" of my mother and father in law."
I think that line should read:
'of my mother and father in-laws'

"It is *(a)sixteen hour drive and my husband, Tom drives it all."

"I am always so happy to see the snow *where ever it its." *(wherever)

"For some reason we usually end up eating the same. " maybe (same thing)
or (same entree

We are on the same track too...On my next poem in my notes it says at the end
of my author notes: "this is not going anywhere" lol

I also liked your gracious ending and wishes for a blessed Christmas.
