Thanks Fez, I am back and doing somewhat better, Had a lovely visit with sisters. Way behinddddddddddddddd... LOL but will catch up asap. Thanks for the prayers, can never have to many. :-) Carilyn

I can relate to your pain was in a car accident in September had shoulder problems not as serious as your I'm down to PT one day a week praise God it will be over soon. My grandma use to say the ocean water is healing medication for the bones. We use to bring bottles of it back to her apartment so she could soak her feet. So enjoy the healing water and your family.
You are in my prayers also.

Prayers for you...and I think you took the right option as shoulder surgery (at least some) seems to take a long time to heal. Hope you enjoy your time with your sisters...:)

Not doing so well today. I didn't think I overdid yesterday at the grocery story. UGH, now I'm paying today. Pretty much holding my chair down. Between the arthritis and FM, I'm not a happy camper today.

I'm sooooo glad you don't have FM. It's nasty stuff. It's also depressing, on top of the pain and lethargy.
