Hi Carolyn,
Another nicely written poem that tells a wonderful story. You are doing a great job in writing a poem every day. I did it myself for a while, but gave up on it. I couldn't afford it. (:

I review every day and make sure I have enough member dollars to post, I have never spent an extra penny of my own money :-). I make that my daily challenge. Otherwise I could not post either. Kat, your support this month has been wonderful. I appreciate you so much, love, Carolyn

I review every day too. It is very time consuming though. It's one reason I only post my poems after the one up expires. LOL
Love you too, Kat

In the hollow of His loving hands is salvation and redemption.
He is the savior and protector of our lives and a shadow to follow us wherever we go.
In the hollow of His hands will will find peace and faith to allow us to live a life of love and tranquility.
Great write and very spiritual in essence.
Cheerio, luv and hugs, Ritchie. :))
P.S. Yes, almost to the grueling end of the NPM.

CONGRATULATIONS! ALMOST AT THE FINISH LINE!
I love that passage. An excellent parallel passage is John 10 "..no man is able to pluck them out of my hand...
God's blessing on the next 5 poems.
Your Friend,
Jerry

Dear Carolyn - this does have a softness about it as I read the poem. So you're "gentleness and rest " comes through nicely. Loved the overall message and thought you penned it well. Hard to believe only a few more days and April is over. You've done great with this project my friend.
Thanks for sharing it.
love

Thank you Maureen,
I am happy you enjoyed this one. We all need the 'gentleness and rest' in our life.
You are right, only a few days, (a few poems) left. It has been a full month. :-) Love you, Carolyn

This is a beautifully written work Carolyn, " thy hand is the mouth of wisdom casting its shadow, shading my weary soul, in the hollow of thy hand there is gentleness and rest", I love the repetition of these words which gives emphasis to the message! Nice job, I love it! Blessings, Roy.

Carolyn, you poem and accompanying photo tell the story of having faith. Wonderful first lines to grasp the reader -
In the hollow of Thy hand
There is gentleness and rest
The continued use of, Thy hand did not detract from the reading, only solidified your meaning.
Nicely done, John

Thank you John,
your comments are what I had hoped for. As usual you have affirmed the message in this one. (Only a few more left) I have forgotten how to think baseball, I will have to re-train my brain)
Love, Carolyn

Carolyn, i know youve been busy but don't forget about our national pastime! Yankees are in first place early in the season...
-
Congrats! See what happens when I turn my head just once. Now you are out in the lead. Shame on me. Go Yankinarls!!, that is suppose to be a combination of Cardinals and Yankees. Actually it made me sound drunk and I don't even drink. Love, Carolyn

I like the hope and inspiration embedded in your lines .. The picture is a beautiful compliment to you words. I like the repetitive lines with thy hand. It didn't detract from the flow and solidified the message.
Nicely done:)

Hi Notesandmore
Nice interpretation of what Thy can and will do. We just need faith. He lifts us above all things if we but trust him to do so.
Nicely done.
Cheers
