I'm sure you will.
Remember that your muse communicates with your brain and the combination is often overworked.
A lovely free verse expression of "writer's block."
Venture out in nature and live life and soon your ideas will flow freely.

The Fanstory Queen of Romantic Poetry, Gungalo, does inspire us so, does she not? That's quite evident here, in your brilliant poem in it's own right.
Nice to see others on FS are inspiring you so, Mr. 'T'. As I am inspired by the legendary Stephen King, you, (yes, YOU, my friend), and so many of the talented authors of poetry and prose between these hallowed pages...

Will? You do write it all. Don't hesitate to unload the caverns of your mind. Let the quill fly. And when it can't, you know what that means...nature walk!

Thank you ravenblack. Yes I do.
Comment from Gungalo
Awesome free verse and a telling of your desire to write, Tom. I particularly like this part:
For then,
With powerful perception
My pen will race upon the page.
Unfettered thought shall run with joy,
And I will write
It all.

Funny the tricks the mind plays - mine leapt straight from your 'caverns of the mind' to the Dusty Springfield song 'Windmills of your mind' - no rhyme or reason really. There sometimes seems to be a chasm between that Aladdin's Cave we call a mind and the 'the edges of the quill' So many of the precious jewels fall into it and are forever lost. There is a certain appropriateness in your use of archaic and poetic language in the context of seeking out your muse. Great truth in the inspiration that comes from nature's beauty and a touch of love! Nothing to beat it!

Excellent!
My muse has completely escaped me--your writing echoes my sentiments exactly!
Good alliteration incorporated throughout--"powerful perception";
A well-crafted poetry which will perhaps prompt my thoughts.
