Dear Brooke,
This is indeed a lovely poetic form. Did you get the "Titania's ale" from Lamb or did you share a pot or two with the royal lady herself?
Regards
Reg

This is a magical piece that I can see my daughter's eye lighting up to as I read it. Wonderful poem that I really enjoyed.

Brooke, This is beautiful and reaches a very soft spot I have in my heart for fairies. My mind went straight to the lovely misty forests in Scotland where there simply must be fairies and other wee mystical creatures. Thank you for this lovely poem. Kelly

A beautiful presentation for your words, Brooke. Your fairy poems are always such fun and a delight to read. It's a grand escape into that world ... no matter how brief.

One must always open their eyes to see the mysteries life can offer you. I try to believe in almost all the beautiful and fanciful things in life. It offers so much more. Lovely read.

Always a joy to read one of your
creations whether played in the
key of a florette, a Senryu or
any of the other tantalizing forms
that you so beautifully write in.
Each day you make my day.
Well done

Brooke, I wish I had a six left to give you for this. Yet another form I have not encountered before, you've done a wonderful job with it. I'll bet Miranda just loves it as well. Nothing to add, no faults just supremely well-written poetry, my friend.

Hugs

Yes what you write is all true. I remember Titania well. He was certainly the queen of the fairies. I understand most of his kin now live in San Francisco and San Diego. Thank you for revealing these who are out of the closet and in florettes.

Reading is not always believing. Not every fairy tale has an audience of believers. However, if you keep telling people where the fairies are, one day they will no longer have a place within the flowers and forest to hide. And to the end, I say STOP. Okay maybe just tell the story to those who won't go traipsing around the meadows messing things up. Mike

Great job on the poem Brooke!

What gorgeous flowers too! They certainly lend themselves well to legends of the little people, which explains so much of the inexplicable in life. Some people are such skeptics :)
