Now this is short, sharp, succinct, and filled with all sorts of drama.
The mistaken identities is good...
Taking responsibility for someone else's mistake is not so great, but turned out ok.

Another good one Carol. You really are my queen of the short story.
I just hope Many has what it takes to live up to the promise of the Sensuous Lady message. Sounds as if she's in for quite an evening.

I loved this little story. The little surprise at the end was great, especially Susan's reaction. I bonded with Mandy and cringed at her embarrassing blunder. The story meets all of the contest requirements. Good work!

This is a really great entry into this contest, with the funny twist and turnaround of the man in question. I just hope Mandy can keep him interested, as his expectations are probably very high!

Oh, I really like this. The timid woman makes a mistake and steps up to cover for a co-worker, but the mistakes leads to unexpected results. Who says honesty is a bad thing? Wonderfully written and had me wondering if she'd fess up to the rest - hopefully not.

This is no doubt an excellent piece of writing. It contained no unnecessary words. Also - it caught reader's attention from the very beginning and held it to the end. Which in itself, was unexpected. I thought she was going to get fired.

It just goes to show that things can change
dramatically when a simple mistake is made.
How good it was to see the tables turned,
when the expectations of one person where
shattered when she found out that the new
man preferred Mandy's company instead.
