Oh my goodness, I am so sorry. This is absolutely terrible to hear.
I am so glad you guys had some good years together and I hope she isn't suffering.
When my dog Coco passed, it was awful, I could not get another dog for over ten years. I was so heartbroken.
I will pray for her comfort and yours, my friend.

We've owned 12 precious cats and now, we have a fifth. All were incredibly different, all precious members of our family, Our Moodle is left, but I know how feel, writing is a great way to process one's emotions, or anything for that matter. Sorry for this terrible loss Gypsy, well done, Blessings Roy

This is a very nice tribute poem for a beloved cat. I think you did an excellent job keeping all the details intact without going maudlin, and what a hard thing to have to deal with. We all love our little furry purries, and I wish you all the best. Could not find anything to improve on with presentation or form as is.
