You have successfully captured in an acrostic poem, the fast paced frenzy and excitement of March Madness, using many of the key words to creatively tell the story. This is well done and fun.
Typo: "hastically" should be "hastily"

This really well executed, I'm really impressive that you used the word March madness to describe the chaos of match day, from forming groups, recruits and coaches been present to coaches making unwise decision in the game which did not solve their problem at the end of the day. Well done on this poem, I enjoyed reading it!

Oh yes, when we are dealing with attempting to mould a team into a winning force, the sheer humanity of the team can be the biggest hurdle. Technicalities can help, but the mental condition is something else, beautifully written acrostic blessings
Typo : (hastically) hastily.

Nice Acrostic poem for March Madness. I do have a question though. Is there such a word as hastically or is that a typo? If it is a word, please advise so that I can learn something today. Nice job. Thanks for sharing.
