Very inspirational and spiritual at least in my mind. I don't knock wanting more, it helps us to succeed and achieve. But being unhappy where you stand uses up energy to getting more.

You make a good point, although I'm not sure I entirely agree with it, having managed to bloom in several countries with various careers before returning close to where I grew up to settle into retirement.
I know your poem is not just talking about geography, though, but is more focused on the circumstances life hands you, so the message still rings true.
Nice pic. I have a similar one somewhere of a marigold growing out of a crack in bare concrete.

This is a very nice poem. Very uplifting and positive. I like how you used the lone flower for us to be like the flower. Also, for us to bear the odds was nice. Very good job
