This is a thought provoking poem and I think that you are on to something good there, but I am not sure what you mean. When you refer to eternal dances, do you mean judgment day when you meet with God? If so, you might want to consider don't miss the chance for that eternal dance (referring to life after death)

Well done; I like your sentiments very much indeed. Seeking out joy is what we should all do - oh man, wouldn't the world be a better place then!
If you're happy with chance and dances, then leave it, but an 's' could go either way to make a more technically perfect rhyme.
