This is a good haiku. It meets all of the requirements ~ with syllables and theme. I like the graphic you selected. I feel the poem would be more focal if you centered it under the woman and made the font bold to match the dark brown centers of the sunflowers. Good luck in the contest.

The title is the entire content of the first line; this seems redundant
View [noun] saturates [verb] -- not sure what this means? Saturation is a function of color intensities. The "view" of that is not an active thing.
I think this piece is a bit on the abstract side of things, currently. Maybe try for something more specific?
For example
summer sunflowers
stand at attention, staring
at photographers
Let's see what you can come up with!

It looks like the girl in your photo is in her glory, full of sunshine (sunflowers). I don't think any season is so full of life as summer is.
