I had to laugh at your last couple of lines the most. Kids like making messes, not clearing them up, so the animals must be very well trained!
This poem is a fun frolic indeed... kids will love it, and even possibly pay attention to the concept of tidying up after themselves.

This poem, It's Party Time!, is a fun anthropomorphic romp with a menagerie of creatures letting their hair down. It only veers from reality when it's suggested that "they cleaned up all their mess"" Fun to read.

Ah, there is a reason for the ending. Perhaps when children learn that animals clean up after themselves, they might think it's cool to do so, too. Lol. I doubt it will, but we can hope! Thank you, Bill, I'm glad you enjoyed the party. Warm hugs, my friend. :) Sandra xx

I would think so, I think it's more they don't want you to use their pictures for profit. Which I can understand.

I hope they enjoy it, jusylee, I've got one young grandchild left to read them to, the others are growing up too fast. It won't be long before I'll be reading them to my great-grandchildren.
