Your author notes really added a lot to the impact of this poem. My knowledge of wine is limited, but I am familiar with fine china and good food so the implication was apparent. Excellent job! T2

Your author notes are informative and interesting as your lovely poem. The words are so effective in meaning. Reading the poem makes me want a glass of wine myself. I enjoyed reading this.

Good poem. Great visualization. I have that Wedgewood plate so I could appreciate it even more. Your author notes were also helpful. Nice.

Nice.
I'll have a glass of the wine you're making. lol
No actually you have painted a beautiful picture with words. Even the colors you chose against the font is beautiful.
Great job. Good luck.

Acquiring the level of perfection in any and all things is,
in essence a vintage product. Lovely imagery and describes for me that when we excel at what we do then we ourselves are as fine wine!

A nice 5-7-5 poem. The picture you paint with your words is enticing and the descriptive elemente promise a wine that will be a renown vintage. Not only are the grapes the best but the china (workmanship) is the best therefore pointing to a "best" vintage. Even just the grapes and the plate would make for an interesting still life painting. good job!

Thank you, MrBoTie. Yes, the grapes and the plate would make a great still life - if we can get the purity of the white and the translucence of the green.

Thank you, Xylok. I think the Author's Notes helped a great deal. Very 'educational' and 'inviting' - is right!!

Vintage it is, the haiku and the creativity within the three lines, so easy to picture because of your excellent author notes, great entry, good luck.

Hi, Author, I know grapes, I know Wedgewood, and now I know Savignon Blanc as well. Thanks to your 5-7-5 poem and author notes that besides giving info, also points out the difference between nature and art, and the combination of art, elegance and good taste. Good job ...
