I so enjoyed reading this and was disappointed that it ended where it did. I want to know about the guy she's meeting. This was so suspenseful. I love suspense but want to read the whole story. Are you going to post the 2nd half soon? Your words are understandable, nothing to stop the reader. Creative and descriptive. Excellent writing. You'll want to correct the little nit: in the 11th paragraph "...is my dress TO short...? Should be ...TOO short..." Everything else is fine and very well done.

I so enjoyed reading this and was disappointed that it ended where it did. I want to know about the guy she's meeting. This was so suspenseful. I love suspense but want to read the whole story. Are you going to post the 2nd half soon? Your words are understandable, nothing to stop the reader. Creative and descriptive. Excellent writing. Now I'm wondering if the older gentlemen is Laila's date!!! Can't wait to read the 2nd part and find out the conclusion. Great writing. Didn't catch any SPAG. It kept me engaged throughout.

At 22 she can be bold. LOL I was 47 and hadn't been on a date since 1978. I had been married all that time. I understand her being so nervous. Great write, Shirley
