Rhyme schemeThread Started December 28 at 9:39AM
Do you mean that the entire poem should be like aa,bb,aa,bb,aa,bb
Or did you mean that it has to be rhyming couplets, aa,bb,cc,dd,aa,ff,kk,bb ......

Hello to you
Good question. The example given is aa/bb/cc/bb and does not give sufficient guidance.
I think it is rhyming couplets (aa/bb/cc/dd/ee/ etc...) that 'they' are after, but that is only my guess. Limiting the writing to aa/bb throughout would be unusually restrictive (for a contest).

Thanks Phil :) How does one usually get 'Them' to respond ?

It expressly states beneath the sample poem that contest entries need not follow the rhyme scheme of the sample poem
