Annoying YouTube Ads for Fanstory

I am now having to mute all Fanstory sound because of blaring YouTube ads for the Fanstory store. They are constant, loud, and annoying, and they sound like a very old radio broadcast. It's almost enough to make one want to leave the site. What can be done about it?
