Emma Stowe sat at the laminated dining table in the care home, gazing at her very first lunch and a glass of water.
'You and me both,' she said quietly; a tear rolling over her cheek.
'Is everything okay, Grandma?' Jessy enquired as she reached out to the old woman's frail shoulder.
Emma looked up with a half-hearted smile, then back down again towards a plate of halibut and golden samphire...
'We wish we were swimming in the sea'...
