The Novenary Reel, a new poetic form introduced by Dolly.

A short poem made up of nine lines. The trick is to keep the shape of the bobbin reel using appropriate words. The first four lines describe the problem or subject and the last five lines, the solution or conclusion. Written in iambic meter, 8,4,4,2,2,2,4,4,8. The rhyme scheme is below:

Th Turquoise-Browed Motmot is a medium size bird that resides in the Yucatan Peninsula and Central America. He is known for his unusual call and a tail that resembles a set of tennis rackets at the end. He swings his tail back and forth like a clock's pendulum to warn enemies - and to attract females. The longer and more flamboyant the tail - the more females the motmot will attract!
