This is an ode to some steaks I cooked last night. I never cooked any that were that thick before so I should have compensated for the thickness when seasoning them. Since I refuse to eat raw salt I wouldn't add any extra to it. There were enough spices in the onions, the peppers (red, green& orange) and the sauteed mushrooms!
