Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
A Tetravalent for Dolly

A Boy and His Friend

by June Sargent

The scene just gave me so much joy
A boy who did not want a toy
Not coy, but gentle as his friend
A lamb who'll love him til the end

I see the warmth that's in their eyes
The sighs and smiles they can't disguise
The prize of friendship one can win
If love flows freely from within

A friend who makes you feel secure is rare and fine
A genuine relationship like gold will shine

As years go by their bond stays strong
Along the way they'll do no wrong
No prong is needed when the heart
Aligns itself right from the start
