Grandma went to heaven
when I was only seven.
I'm nine now but still miss her,
always looking at her picture.

She had a real good memory.
She'd sit me on her knee
and tell me stories from long ago
I really miss her so.

She taught me to read at three
and made fudge and cookies with me.
We did so much together
but now she's gone forever.
