As I look out...

From My Heart

As I look out from my heart 
          I find the flame of God burning;
          I find it keeps my soul yearning,
                    as I look out from my heart.

As I look out from my heart,
          I know love will endure beyond life;
          I know that faith will allay the strife
                    as I look out from my heart.

As I look out from my heart,
          I feel the power of love's healing;
          I feel the strength that love's revealing,
                    as I look out from my heart.

As I look out from my heart,
          I am sure of God’s holy love;
          I am sure of His words from above,
                    as I look out from my heart.
