Thunderous

by dovemarie

Thunderous storm approaching

On the city encroaching

Thunderous crashes of clouds

Frightening and dispersing street crowds

Thunderous train rumbling along the tracks

Carrying bags of farm seed and mail sacks

Thunderous waves pounding on the shore

From deep within the ocean's core

Thunderous chords of a grand piano

Applause from everyone attending the show

Thunderous quake in a far-away country

Leaving people homeless and without family

Thunder, Thundering, Thunderous!

I have heard summer thunder, trains rumbling along the railroad tracks, and the waves of the ocean, also I have pounded on the piano. Thanks to Madsolution from Pixabay.
