A journey through love...

Poetic Rapture

Fortuitous encounter
Instant connection
Admiring eyes exchange glances across room
Intense magnetic shift in the air
You – Me
Arousing curiosity
Irresistible gaze

Poetic rapture
Magical moment
Dancing to the midnight band’s melody
So enchanted with each other purely
Twin flame
Spirit mate
Legs entwined

Time passes
Ecstasy withheld
We look out different windows now
Our journey closing to bitter end
Scent lingers
Fading black
Sorrow grips
