A loop poem

Dreams Come True

As I reflect, I am truly amazed
Amazed by the glory of God's love
Love that surrounds me like a blanket of peace
Peace in purest form from Heaven above

Above me, all around me, beauty I behold
Behold the majesty of His mighty hand
Hand in hand He walks beside me every day
Day or night, if I am weak, He helps me stand

Stand on His word is His challenge to us all
All His promises He has vowed to fulfill
Fulfill beyond all our hopes and dreams
Dreams come true if we believe they will

Loop Poetry Contest contest entry


This is my first attempt at writing a loop poem where the last word in each line has to be the first word in the next line. It was challenging but fun. Thanks to Linda Bickston for use of her photo
