The light I hold is
Honey sweet, a loving wife.
Every day we live our lives

Love makes our hearts our home.
In times of trouble or tragedy
God has led us by the hand
Having Him with us is a blessing
That only true love can understand.

Once, I wandered the darkened road,
For life pleasures those walking in sin.

My wife, she walked the narrow path.
Yet, this devil lured her with a grin.

Enchantment she cast, I changed my ways.
Yesterday is now only in my dreams,
Even when I raise my eyes
