Writing Prompt That's right - it's National Umbrella Day (crazy Americans have a day for everything - lol)! Write a 6-8-6 poem about parapluies or bumbershoots or whatever you call umbrellas in your part of the world -- give us something to smile about the next time we have to use one! ;) :) A 6-8-6 is a three line poem. The first line has 6-syllables. The second line has 8-syllables. The third/last line has 6-syllables. |
