First day of April

On the first day of April
I write this little rhyme:
the quest now is to keep time.

On the second day of April,
I'll write another line:
so I can see
the quest now is to keep time

On the third day of April
I'm going back to rhyme:
give me a sign
so I can see
the quest now is to keep time

On the fourth day of April
I'll write and make deadline:
this could be fun
give me a sign
so I can see
the quest now is to keep time.

On the fifth day of April
Have made it up in time:
can it be done?
this could be fun
give me a sign
so I can see
the quest now is to keep time.

On the sixth day of April
I'll add in one more line:
surprising you all
can it be done?
this could be fun
give me a sign
so I can see
the quest now is to keep time

On the seventh day of April
I'm running out of rhyme:
but won't let you down
surprising you all
can it be done?
this could be fun
give me a sign
so I can see
the quest now is to keep time

On the eight day of April
Not sure if I can climb:
I'm trying really hard
but won't let you down
surprising you all
can it be done?
this could be fun
give me a sign
so I can see

On the ninth day of April
I'll see what I can find:
by using a near rhyme
I'm trying very hard
but won't let you down
surprising you all
can it be done?
this could be fun

On the tenth day of April
I feel I'm in decline:
so yes I'm giving up
I'll not use a near rhyme
I really tried so hard
to not let you all down
by surprising you all
thought it could be done
and yes I found it fun
but couldn't find the sign
however I can see
the quest is to keep true RHYME.
