All Hallows Eve

by Idamarty

The author has placed a warning on this post for violence.
All Hallows' Eve, when evil weaves
Its bloody wrath upon mans' path,
There's but few minds who may escape,
The sinful lust of hells' sweet rape.

Three witches brew, a deadly stew
Of newts and gnats, and vampire bats.
They laugh and dance as cauldron boils,
Anticipating evenings' spoils.

A werewolf howls, he's on the prowl.
The feral beast has been released.
From deep within, his primal need,
Will not be quelled until he feeds.

'Neath stygian skies, the undead rise,
These cursed things with hidden wings.
Their thirst is quenched, warm blood their meal,
Of human beings with souls to steal.

So please beware if you should dare,
To seek to meet to trick or treat.
Foul demons roam the earth unseen,
On this, the night called Halloween.
