Cesar Chavez Park
is a homeless' hangout spot-- city's frigid ground |

Cesar Chavez Park is in Sacramento, where I live. Today I walked by and noticed the many homeless people who live at the park. It's beginning to get cold in Sacramento and I was thinking how cold it must get at night when you sleep on the ground.
