Hope from Fear

When dragons are spied in the sky
all mouths, in a second, go dry.
All things darken while their wings spread
across the sun inspiring fear.
Watchers know dragons have no peer
in strength. They breathe fire, it is said.
But, some say dragons can be friends
Protect your town from evil ends
so they can bring hope not just dread.
