Clouds of Adversity

When clouds of adversity
shadow my life with strife
I turn to Jesus my Savior
who cares and feels my pain
be it in the bright sunshine
or in the deluge of rain.

After the storms have passed
and I'm with my Savior
I'll thank Him for staying
right here at my side
never leaving me alone
as He directs me home.
