Court action over Special Days.

An Atheist in America got upset there was no special day in the year for his genre. It got so bad he decided to launch a court action over it.
He claimed, seeing the Christians had Christmas and Easter, and the Jews had their special feast days, why not a special day for Atheists?
The judge considered his claim, and summarily threw it out.
In his ruling on the matter he stated "You do have your own special day in the year!" "The bible says ' THE FOOL HATH SAID IN HIS HEART THERE IS NO GOD!' So you do have your own special day....April the 1st is your own special day. APRIL FOOL'S DAY!"
