Is there a Potter's Field
for unclaimed ashes

I want to be spread around a tree
any tree

Since I moved I cannot find
my daughter's ashes
if they are even hers
the dump was closed down
for illegal activities

Her youngest has some
the Pacific Ocean has some
and hopefully I still have some
and they are my baby girl's

With my dysfunctional family
and my tendency to isolate
which grows stronger as I age
makes me question
will I go to a Potter's Field

Not that I will care
but
I sure would like a tree somewhere
any tree
