The woman watched the man at the counter methodically spray each of many pink envelopes with perfume, before sealing his Valentine's Day cards.
"You have so many Valentines there," she said with envy. "Are there really that many women you love?"
"Oh God, no. I'm just trying to drum up some business."
"Business?"
"Yeah, I'm a divorce lawyer."
