Carpathias Dream By His Grayness
In this storm of Life Every protein in my mass Churns at the axle of desire And I reach and I want Until it stokes my soul's fire Fouls my charts in blinding storm Then at once I am lost-adrift Alone with all my life's sails torn Companion of my own destiny Willing now even to kneel, and cry Reality comes at last to comfort me Like Daddy's hand to say his goodbye Upon my Childhead as I yield to the sea Hurry please, please do come quick Carpathian Ship The sea of me Is already upon my lip |
