I had a dream that I died and promises made

A FEW MINUTES LEFT IN FOREVER by: HIS GRAYNESs
I promised God that I would love you forever' To hold you and guide you and leave you never This gift of God blessed and born that very day Drew the most meaningful words I'd ever say Every moment since then I've kept my word God's constant reminders I've always heard I'm grateful for both you and for God I've kept my word and He's spared the rod But as I lay here now being told my life's done I remember my promise to you my dearest one Know my soul leaves one life while another's' begun And in that life my promise shall always extend So know my love for you shall never, ever end Love and its promise is a kite on God's own tether So there are more than a few minutes left in our forever |
