God's Song

God's Song: by: His Grayness

Hear Me now
That I might sing
In grateful verse
And reverie
For the heart I touch
Must swell with joy
Lest silence harm My bond with thee

Bless My voice with mellow tones
To light your soul with harmony
Accept My love on wings of hope
Trust My gifts and sing with Me
Though you can't see My loving smile
My eyes of joy reflecting you
Nor touch My skin to know I'm here

And realize the things I Do
Nevertheless I'm always here
And promise that I'll never go
I am the God that made your life
And now I sing that you should know
I'm always here I'll never leave

Just talk to Me and you'll believe
I'll whisper answers that you need
I'll guide you where you need to be
That sacred place within My watch
When you decide to be with Me
I'll give you love each moment here
When you come quietly along
You'll always find great peace and joy
When you have listened to My song

Don't ask for Me to change the world
Or other people in your life
For only you can make the changes
That will lift you out of strife
I will help you with these changes
We can sit and talk all day

But you need to hear My music
And I need to hear you pray
I'm always here, I'm always here
And this is where I'll stay
You are the one who makes the choice
To always go away

Believe it as you HEAR ME NOW
I'm always here for you
Close your eyes and hush your mind
That's all you have to do!
