If you would like to
communicate better,
then follow these steps
right down to the letter.

First step, be sure
to transmit clearly,
secondly, another must
receive sincerely.

It's a sad situation
when you're misunderstood,
although your communication
skills are good.

Why do we close our eyes
and cover our ears,
then impose only
what we wish to hear?

Is it ignorance,
prejudice, or only fear?
Prioritize the importance
of all you hold dear.

Thirdly, learn to listen,
it's never too late.
Present your message,
then reciprocate.

Please hear me,
as I express my vision.
Please talk to me,
I promise, I'll listen.
