Journey to eternal book

by Lalat Indu Misra

Journey to eternal book

I travelled all way long in search of solace
But got only pain, suffering and disgrace.
Not waiting for the spring to give me grace
I accepted to face the winter's bitter race.

Off late I am still alive
Begging alms to God for a smooth life.
I find no means to count my happiness
At times I break down with soul's dizziness.

Making my life a journey to an eternal book
Sharing my experiences from all corners and nook.
Going around places to fetch a new life
Is just another leap for me to survive.

Days are tuff with weird things to clarify
It just another day everyday to my heart to pacify.
Not knowing what I shall reap in my future.
I still plough hard my fate to nurture.

Getting along the world is such a difficult task
Still moving ahead not intending to bask.
God O my God Show me the path of eternal peace.
I am lounging tirelessly to work for future ease.
