Ghost written piece for Carol Nichols

God sent - God Led

by Janie King

I was tired of leaving the church more confused than when I had entered the church. I had tried many different religions. There just had to be more to belonging to God than what I was experiencing and being taught. God had to have an easier way for the minister to get the Word of God across to the congregation. Being confused should not be a part of the experience.

For two years I had been praying and asking God to send me to a church where I would be taught the truth of God's Word. The first time I attended True Connection Ministry and heard Pastor Ronald Childress preach I knew God had answered my prayers.

From the moment he opened his Bible and instructed the congregation to read along with him, I felt the presence of God. It was obvious he was anointed to preach and teach the Word of God. His teaching was plain; plain enough for me to understand what I was being taught. At the end of the sermon, he did the most unbelievable thing I could imagine. He closed his Bible and said, "Now does anyone in the congregation have any questions? I don't want any of you going home confused about anything you have been taught tonight."

He is God sent, God led, and anointed by God. He is a man of God that follows what God tells him to do. God has also anointed him and given him the gift of healing.

My heart rejoices every day that God placed me under the ministry of "His servant," Pastor Ronald Childress. I feel privileged that I get to go to a church where I am able to learn the truth from the Word of God so that I can grow in my walk with God. He does answer our prayers.

This is a Ghost written piece for Carol Nichols. A couple of years ago I wanted to give Pastor Ron a special gift for his birthday but I didn't have any money. In praying I felt inspired to do book called "Written Epistles Read of All Men." 2nd Corinthians 3:2 states we are written epistles read of all men. To be truthful sometimes we are the only example of Christ that an individual sees..that's scary in many ways and does place a responsibility upon each Christian to be a true representative of the character of Jesus. Anyway, there were twenty people in the congregation that wanted to share their story with Bro. Ron. We all too often forget to tell someone how much they mean to our lives and share how they have blessed us. So, I asked that you read this piece with the purpose of it being written. God bless.
