I Hate to Say Goodbye
'Til Then
by Curt Mongold
Time has carved another path for me to travel through
and so relunctantly my friends I must bid you adieu A fond farewell perhaps but I prefer to say "til then," for ever twisted are the roads where we might meet again. If never do the threads of our lives intertwine in twain the tapestries you've sewn for me forever will remain in rich and varied, colored textures, dyed by poet's hands you've brightened ev'ry fiber in this soul's dull poet strands. I leave you now, my family of writers one and all I pray some day I can return for one more curtain call remember as you watch my name drop down and out of view some memories will fade from me, but not the ones of you. |

The Universe is mysterious. I do hope to get the chance to write again here, but for now, life calls me in another direction.
To all my friends, you know who you are, I will miss you.
